I am an Associate Director – Product Management at MakeMyTrip, leading product initiatives across the Hotels business, one of India’s largest online travel platforms. My role focuses on shaping product strategy and driving growth across multiple charters within the hotels ecosystem — including booking funnel conversion, new demand segments (groups, families, hourly stays), cross-sell initiatives, and distribution through affiliate platforms and partner ecosystems. I work closely with teams across growth, marketing, supply, engineering, analytics, and partnerships to deliver customer experiences and business outcomes at scale. Over the past 10 years in consumer internet, across MakeMyTrip, Wynk, and Airtel, I’ve worked on products serving tens of millions of users, building and scaling digital experiences that combine strong customer understanding with data-driven product execution. At MakeMyTrip, my work has spanned key initiatives such as expanding international hotel supply coverage, improving booking funnel conversion and post-booking experience, enabling distribution through strategic integrations with platforms like Amazon, HDFC SmartBuy, and IRCTC, and building products that support high-intent travel segments such as pilgrimage destinations. I I am driving cross-functional initiatives that touch nearly every part of the hotels organization — from demand generation and traffic channels (SEO, SEM, Meta) to supply growth and platform integrations leading a team of PMs. I’m particularly interested in building personalized, contextualized and high-impact GenAI native consumer experiences that simplify travel planning for millions of users.
