• Core Pipeline Framework - Strengthened data type inference, optimized logic for timely data flushing to warehouses based on volume and time. Spearheaded the development of mechanisms enabling customer selection for specific column and table.
• Framework for state updates - Crafted a system to synchronize the state or starting point of connectors. This tool is utilized by engineers across Fivetran and Customer Support Engineers, eliminating the manual refund process for Fivetran-triggered resynchronizations.
• Built and improved multiple SaaS Connectors - Developed multiple SaaS connectors from scratch on different domain like Finance (Stripe, Sage Intacct), HR (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) Marketing(MailChimp) and Survey(SurveyMonkey) etc.
• Improved the updates and delete capture mechanisms of Sage Intacct Connector resulted in moving from Beta to GA hence opened the revenue flow for Fivetran.

• ○ Leveraged various Azure Cloud platform services to solve complex problems related to Customer Service engagement domain.
• ○ Implemented Prechat survey for Chat channel – Developed microservices on Azure to handle this scenario. I was involved from understanding the requirements to designing and implementing it. The Prechat responses are also used to connect with correct customer support agent. I also proactively worked on the customer feedbacks.
