Natalya Miranda ✨ — Product Manager
I have built my career around a simple belief: thoughtful design can help people feel more capable and supported as they navigate their health. Over the past several years, that belief has guided me into healthcare where the combination of behavioral insight, clinical expertise, and digital experience creates meaningful and measurable change. I currently lead Product Design and User Research at Virta Health, partnering with clinical, coaching, product, engineering, and analytics leaders to support metabolic disease reversal, including obesity and type 2 diabetes. My work includes rebuilding the design team, strengthening cross functional processes, and embedding early research to improve clarity, alignment, and decision making. Designing for metabolic health has taught me how to create experiences that must be empathetic, trustworthy, and grounded in evidence while still driving daily engagement and long term behavior change. Before Virta I held design leadership roles at Everly Health and Parsley Health. At Everly I led the vision for the mobile experience and contributed to high stakes initiatives such as the first FDA authorized COVID 19 home collection kit. At Parsley I learned how clinical care, coaching, and digital tools come together to support long term habit formation. These roles strengthened my ability to partner with multidisciplinary teams, clarify complex journeys, and create systems that help people feel more confident in their health decisions. Earlier in my career at Fjord I worked across industries and global teams, building a strong foundation in service design, systems thinking, and cross cultural collaboration. These skills now shape the way I lead teams and design operations in healthcare. As a leader, I care about building environments where designers can do their best work, where teams make decisions with clarity and purpose, and where products reduce emotional burden while building trust. I am motivated by work that blends clinical rigor with human centered design and supports people in building healthier and more sustainable lives.
