• I was the product manager responsible for defining and executing strategy for Auth0's CIAM products. I founded and hired the engineering team responsible for delivering a variety of new features. Additionally, I collaborated with other engineering teams to execute on our CIAM vision. I worked with marketing, sales, and pre-sales engineering teams to align messaging and deliveries. I spent significant time working with customers to continually learn and enhance our roadmap.

• I created and led the teams at Auth0 responsible for documentation, samples, and technical guidance. Additionally, my team built our customer success infrastructure such as our document publishing tools, support site, and notification systems.
• Hired and led the technical writing team responsible for Auth0 Docs (https://auth0.com/docs)
• Implemented metrics and feedback tools on Auth0 documentation, samples, and SDKs to drive a more data-driven approach to prioritization.
• Worked closely with engineering and support teams to continually enhance documentation to reduce customer issues.
• Planned and coordinated first release of Auth0 Support Center (support.auth0.com) with bootstrapped team. After first on-schedule release we continued to enhance the site with weekly iterations.
• Hired and coordinated activities of several external vendors to augment and support team's activities.
• Grew team from zero to 12 people. Mentored incoming employees, eventually trained leads and formed teams to improve team productivity.

• Keys area of focus in this role were to evangelize Azure, the ASP.NET Web Stack, and Node.js. In order to meet these objectives I built dozens of sample applications, wrote blog posts, contributed to open source projects, spoke at over 50 worldwide events, and met with customers to better understand how they were using our products. In addition to the outside evangelism, I served as a representative of the customer to bring feedback to internal engineering teams to improve the product.
• I was responsible for managing the team that planned, built, and supported the BUILD 2013 Executive Keynote Demos for Satya Nadella and Scott Guthrie. We worked closely with various stakeholders in the company to determine messaging, gather requirements, build, and ultimately deliver a successful set of demos to over 5000 in-person attendees.
• I worked closely with several key customers to build proof-of-concept applications to demonstrate and integrate Microsoft technologies to meet customer’s business requirements and support Microsoft field sales objectives.
