  • The internship project involved exploring the possibilities of a new business vertical. A complete feasibility study was conducted for an entry into the school van business, and otherwise highly unorganized market in the capital.
  • The project provided usable client information to develop the new vertical- Sakha School Transport Services or Nanhe Sakha- which helped the organization increase its current operating margin while providing services at an affordable cost to the parents of the targeted schools.
  • Two transportation models were thereby suggested that could go on the floor immediately with minimal changes in the current operations of the other verticals.
