I’ve spent most of my career working at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer experience, helping businesses build systems that actually work at scale. Most recently, I served as a CXO at a fast-growing digital media company where I managed a portfolio of more than 40 clients inside a business generating over $3M per month in revenue. My role focused on improving how the company delivered its product to customers — building better operational processes, aligning teams across sales and delivery, and solving problems when things inevitably broke as the company scaled. Earlier in my career, I worked in financial services at USAA handling complex property insurance claims in a highly regulated environment. That experience taught me how to operate in systems where details matter, decisions carry financial consequences, and customer trust is critical. Along the way, I also built a small media business, NTS Media, which generated more than $700K in revenue over four years. Running a business gave me a practical understanding of how products, marketing, operations, and customer outcomes are all connected. Over time I’ve found myself increasingly drawn to product and program leadership — the work of turning customer problems into systems, processes, and technology that scale. The areas I’m most interested in working on include: • Product strategy and technical product management • Automation and AI-enabled workflows • Customer experience and feedback systems • Cross-functional program delivery • Building scalable operational infrastructure I hold an MBA in Marketing from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from University of Florida. Currently exploring Technical Product Manager and program leadership roles where I can contribute to building products and systems that create real value for customers and businesses.
