I’m Nikhil Kadam, pursuing an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur (PGDM GM) to deepen my understanding of business and strategy. I bring in 3.5+ years of work experience in the Consulting industry in the Technology domain, specializing in Cloud and Data Engineering I have completed my B.Tech from NITK Surathkal, where I was involved in Placement and club activities, that helped me shape my teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills. My role involved automating SQL queries, driving data migration to the cloud, and working on BI reports. My curiosity for understanding how data helps with strategy and decision making led me to pursue an MBA. At XLRI, I’m actively working on real-world case studies to build on my critical thinking and business skills, with a vision to transition into a digital strategy-focused role.
