• In this role, I was responsible for implementation using LWC components, triggers and communities. I was also involved in code reviews based on decided coding standards. Set up CI/CD process and carried out deployments. The project was one of a kind project where the new implementation was consolidation of existing implementation in different Salesforce orgs due to which an additional challenge of understanding both the existing systems came up before building anything new. Delivered Sales/Service cloud implementation and customizations to support ongoing business processes. The project involved moving away from the current systems to migrate the processes on Salesforce to make Salesforce the primary/master application to be used by the company.
