I’ve spent over a decade building and scaling businesses in high-pressure environments; from large consumer brands to fast-moving digital teams. Over time, I started noticing a pattern. The same people who manage complexity, systems, and teams exceptionally well at work often struggle to stay consistent with their own health. Not because they lack discipline, but because the systems they rely on don’t survive real life. That observation led me to build habitry™ - a habit-first wellness system designed for busy professionals, teams, and communities. The work focuses less on motivation and more on designing routines that hold up under stress, travel, fatigue, and change. My background spans business strategy, operations, and behavior design, alongside years of on-ground group coaching.
