• Worked under Prof Richard Sherwood and analysed complex high throughput CRISPR screens data and human genetic data.
• Developed the co-essentiality networks from the pre-existing information using graphs and networks.
• Ran and developed our own Gene Set Enrichment pipeline for the analysis.
• Developed the gene to gene relation matrix from the GSEA pipeline.

• Worked on the huge complex data sets of ARG sequences obtained from the publicly available repo Prof. Luis Pedro Coelho' s lab
• The project aimed to explore the co-occurrence patterns of ARGs from metagenome-assembled genomes.
• Invented and tested a whole new network of the ARG sequences using statistical model approaches.

• Led a research project in the field of Cancer Informatics in the Prof. Shruti Bhatt's lab.
• Worked on the RNA sequence data from the study on modelling resistance to targeted therapy in AML patient-derived Xenograft models.
• Used GENETIC MODELS to predict the resistance of a particular cancer drug in human body.

• Worked under the guidence of Prof. Robert Lanfear and led a group of highly skilled academic professionals at the ANU.
• Worked on the Phylogeny of the bacterial sequence to get the better understanding of the various Phylogenetic models.
• We built and improved the currently existing Partition and Mixture models in the Phylogenetics.
• The potential question that we addressed was- which model is better-the partition model or the Mixture model or the
• combination of the two.
