• Impact: The website went live in October 2016 witnessing a 7 fold rise in searches and a 3 fold rise in unique visitors per day.
• I was the only intern in the batch to be awarded a pre-placement offer.

• My role was investigate low operational adherence to a dispatch planning tool, used for 26 SKUs across 4 indian states, and implement solutions to rectify it.
• Post a detailed analysis, I altered the run cycle of tool from 3 to 7 days in Maharashtra and initiated its use in primary production planning in Delhi, Karnataka, incorporating state specific operational structures and norms.
• Impact: The adherence rose to 80% in Maharashtra (rise of 38.5% MoM). The stock efficiency increased by 5.4% MoM in states of Delhi and Karnataka.

• My objective was to set up the supply chain layout for 1st of its kind C2C service in India.
• The work involved planning locations of distribution centres, vehicles and routes post a detailed demand analysis of 2 lac Quikr classified listings. It also involved structuring its exhaustive 5-step shipment process by improving on regular shipping practice resulting in 14% savings in cost.
• Result: The service is running 3000 orders at a revenue of ₹ 18 lacs daily across 20 Indian cities as of 2016.
