  • Professionally managing all settlement functions for a given profile in a given time frame with accuracy.

  • Taking relevant officer level approval to hold the funds which are hitting firm-wide suspense policy threshold. Reaching to a client account representative to clear out unapplied funds before hitting threshold policy.
  • Locating fund by the client provided Payment references or Swift messages. Reaching out to the agent bank for receipt of the payments, debit authority, recall of funds and more information regarding the fund.
