I architected the E-Commerce platform for high availability and scalability, did performance testing and tuning, setup monitoring, alerting and processes for operational readiness.
• We started as a "Startup inside a big company" with a 5 member team in November 2010 and in 6 months became the #2 E-Commerce Portal in India in terms of traffic and revenue.
