• Key Result Areas:
• Responsible for searching resumes using various job portals.
• Screening those resumes and short listing the right candidates.
• Mass mailing them about the job opportunity.
• Responsible for posting the jobs on various job portals.
• Making cold calls to the shortlisted candidates, updating them about the openings and inspiring them to apply for the same.
• Responsible for getting all the shortlisted candidates resumes and forwarding them to the HR Manager & Managing Director.
• Handling the resume screenings for qualified candidates from different job portals and making
• initial contact with the candidates.
• Once the CV gets shortlisted by the Senior HR Manager, scheduling the further process of interviews with the candidate.
• Responsible for informing the candidates about their interview scheduling and convincing them to reach on time for the interview.
• Responsible for negotiating the salaries with the candidates once they are selected by the company.
• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our database.
• Responsible for the joining of candidates.
• Responsible for hiring the internal staff by conducting the interviews and providing the training as well after the selection process if needed.
• Any other assignment assigned by MD from time to time as and when needed.
