• Handling full recruitment life cycle/ End to end recruiting. This involves Sourcing, Screening, Qualifying, Submitting, Interview Coordination, Warm-up/Follow up calls, Offer roll out and onboarding.
• · Sourcing from different job boards Like Monster, Naukri, Linked In, etc.
• · Reading resumes and over the phone qualifying candidates for technical fitment (eligibility), Behavioural fitment, Stability (Suitability), Bandwidth, etc.
• · Doing proactive recruitment, pipelining candidates and maintaining database.
• · Ensuring that resume is properly updated with all the relevant details before presenting to Ops.
• · Utilizing innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
• · Submitting the profile of the candidate to the Manager for approval.
• · Ensures that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements in a timely manner (Ensuring TAT).
• · Conducts initial interviews by phone / In-person to determine experience and skill level.
• · Ensure the candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
• · Follow up with candidates & ensure warm call made for all candidates offered till joining.
• · References to be taken and checked for every candidate.
