Most people in the used electronics business are either traders, refurbishers, or marketplace sellers. I’m one of the few who owns the entire second life of a device — from procurement to refurbishment to retail. Over the last 5 years, I’ve built and operated full-stack recommerce pipelines for smartphones, laptops, and tablets across the UAE & KSA — including multi-million dollar refurbished device categories on Noon and Amazon.
