• In this role, I have been involved in developing and managing highly scalable and distributed ASP.NET based web applications in an agile environment.
• I successfully identified and resolved multiple production issues, including high-impact vulnerabilities, leading to improved uptime and customer satisfaction.
• I developed a new feature that allowed users to export visual web reports into Powerpoint presentations using OpenXml SDK. The feature was well-received by users and is currently live in more than 29 markets worldwide.
• I was involved in the development of a new reporting system(Switching Over Time Report) that helped our client track and analyze important data over time, leading to improved decision-making and performance. I got a chance to work with Highchart API's to create insightful charts and graphs. This new reporting system was well-received by our clients and has helped them identify and capitalize on key opportunities, leading to improved business results.
• By leveraging the power of PowerBI and Jira Rest API's, we were able to create a dynamic, user-friendly dashboard that provided real-time insights into teams performance, allowing to quickly identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
• I helped our team integrate a third-party application (Newired) that provided user education and product tours, leading to improved user engagement and product adoption. By integrating the third-party application, we were able to provide our users with a more intuitive and engaging experience, helping them learn about our product and its features more quickly and effectively. This will improve overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
