I’m the Founder of Serenaya Retreats, a wellness retreat brand designed at the intersection of psychology, nervous system science, and intentional travel. At Serenaya, we’re reimagining what wellness experiences can feel like, moving beyond surface-level escapes to create retreats that are deeply restorative, thoughtfully curated, and grounded in real psychological insight. With a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, my work is rooted in understanding human behavior, emotional well-being, and what truly helps people reset and reconnect, with themselves and their environments. Before building Serenaya, I gained international experience across the US and Canadian markets in recruitment and business development, working across IT, non-IT, and healthcare roles. This exposure shaped my understanding of people, performance, and the growing need for spaces that support both. My approach blends psychology, strategy, and real-world experience, whether it’s building teams, designing experiences, or creating environments where people can genuinely thrive. I’m now focused on growing Serenaya into a global wellness brand while continuing to explore the intersection of human behavior, work, and well-being.
