• My first full-time global role at a Silicon Valley startup, where I built and led MetaMap's Merchant Experience and Solutions Engineering teams across LatAm, SEA, and Africa. I moved on following a global restructuring and strategic changes within the company.

• My true 0 to 1 experience - I was an early leader responsible for building and scaling consumer identity, fraud, and risk products. I spearheaded industry firsts like Video KYC, Aadhaar KYC, and employee background verification, alongside a highly skilled and motivated product team, earning multiple accolades, including an Amazon AI Award. After a fulfilling stint and the company's acquisition by Perfios, I transitioned to diversify my global experience.

• Early hire for the India team - I worked on localization, scale and adoption of the telco-based alternate credit scoring product. Had to move on as the company curtailed its India operations.

Nov 2017 – Mar 2019 · 1 yr 4 mos · Mumbai

• Core tech PM role (within Digital Lending) where I built the Instant Loan product (approved in 60 seconds), powered by proprietary credit decisioning and alternate risk scoring models. I gained valuable experience with large-scale vendor-banking integrations within BFSI. I moved on after the company faced funding challenges and scaled back operations.

• My first role in the emerging fintech space, where I built a Loans Marketplace for offline retailers, experimenting with short-term lending products like merchant cash advances and alternate security instruments under an FLDG model. This gave me early exposure to lending economics and P&L management.
