• As a pivotal member of the core tech team at Oxfordcaps, I played a crucial role in creating and leading the tech team for a new-age startup. I spearheaded the development of multiple in-house applications from inception to implementation. With a focus on innovation and delivering high-quality solutions, I successfully led the following projects:
• Sales Booking App: Took charge of designing and developing the backend architecture and RESTful APIs for a Sales Booking App. I directly contributed to key modules such as Create Booking, Payment, Dashboard, and Cash Reconciliation, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• OC Student Mobile App: Architecting the backend infrastructure for the Oxfordcaps Student App, I played a key role in the development of the Community Module. Additionally, I led the implementation of the Deals & Offers modules from scratch, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
• Contract Management System: Developed a comprehensive Contract Management System for efficient lease contract management. This encompassed the creation of essential modules including Cashflow, P&L, Invoices, and Transactions. Furthermore, I designed and implemented automated payout modules to ensure timely payments to landlords and vendors.
• Property Acquisition App: As a team leader, I oversaw the development of the OC Acquisition App. This involved creating leads, designing approval workflows, and implementing dynamic calculations. One of the significant accomplishments was developing the profitability prediction module, leveraging more than 50 parameters to determine the cost per bed for operating a property.
• In these roles, I demonstrated exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong focus on delivering reliable and efficient solutions. By leveraging my in-depth knowledge of technology stacks such as Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, MySQL, AWS, and more, I successfully contributed to the growth and success of Oxfordcaps.

• Played a key role in the Engineering Report System, a project responsible for handling millions of Aerospace parts. As a Full Stack Developer and a key member of the development team, I undertook various responsibilities and achieved significant milestones, including:
• Project Setup, Architecture, and Requirement Finalization: I took charge of the project's initial setup, defining the architecture & finalizing requirements to ensure seamless handling of a vast amount of Aerospace parts data.
• Development of PDF Conversion Solution: I spearheaded the development and design of a PDF conversion solution at Honeywell, resulting in impressive productivity savings of $40,000. This solution streamlined the conversion process, optimizing efficiency & reducing manual effort.
• Full Stack Development of Internal Web-based Authoring Tool: As part of the development team, I played a crucial role in creating an internal web-based authoring tool. This tool served as a central repository for Honeywell's engineering-wide reports, catering to over 5,000 active users. I implemented an automated workflow, enhancing collaboration and data management within the organization.
• Module Introduction and Functionality Enhancement: Recognizing the need for continuous improvement, I introduced new modules & enhanced existing functionalities within the authoring tool. These enhancements reduced report creation time by a remarkable 65%, resulting in cost savings of approximately $65,000.
• Integration with Internal Honeywell Applications: I successfully implemented integrations between the Engineering Report System & various internal Honeywell applications, facilitating seamless data sharing and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Integration with Honeywell PLM Tool: As a technical leader, I led the integration efforts between my application & the Honeywell Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool. This integration bridged the gap between systems, enabling streamlined processes & data flow.
