Ever wonder why automated testing still feels slow and stressful? I did too. After years in QA automation, I’ve felt the late nights, chasing logs, unreliable tools, and the headache of deciding if failures are real or just flaky. Some weeks, my team and I lost hours just debating error logs; while developers questioned our results and product managers wondered if automation was worth it. Even as AI made scripting easier, debugging stayed manual and draining.That’s when I started Alphabin, to help testers break free from these struggles and finally get results they can trust.I also shared what I learned in “Make the Move to Automation with Appium,” hoping to help other testers. Things changed again when we started focussing on Playwright from 2021. Its power was undeniable, but at scale, new pain hit: traces buried in CI, hours collecting evidence, no clear way to spot flaky tests, and constant team miscoordination. I watched my own team suffer, and could see others stuck too. This inspired me to build TestDino, a Smart Playwright Reporting and Analytics platform. It centralizes test results, automates trace aggregation, and gives instant clarity on failures and flakiness so teams spend more time solving and less time searching.

During my tenure, I have solely worked with a single project for around 2 years as an Automation Engineer and I have gained expertise on "Automation test framework and test design" along with I have learned Continous Integration/Deployment/Execution with DevOps tools like Docker, Jenkins, and Git.
→ Technology stack: Selenium GRID, TestNG, Java, Gradle, Docker, Jenkins, Atlassian JIRA / BitBucket / Confluence.
→ My primary task was to create an Automation Framework robust and scalable so that it could support thousands of test case execution in parallel on the Jenkins server with bare minimum time.
→ Managed docker database images/containers for test environments (Linux).
→ Reduced the team effort by automating the test environment deployment process, I have made an automation python script which was deploying the test environment using the latest codebase in the daily morning using Docker and Gradle.
→ As part of CI/CD I have integrated Jenkins with JIRA, so when a bug introduced while executing of automation tests on Jenkins, it will create a Bug on the JIRA board automatically with all details and attach the failure screenshot as well.
→ During my tenure, I have created a total of around 300 (UI+API) automation test cases that were executing continuously as part of CI/CD process on Jenkins server.
