I was a key part of the complete revamp of Beep’s mobile and web app, recruiter panel, and admin dashboard, working closely with the Head of Design, Product Manager, and CEO to enhance the overall user experience. My contributions spanned end-to-end product design, including Crazy Eight exercises, paper wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and user research. Through drop-off analysis, focus groups, and user interviews, I helped identify pain points and refine features through rigorous testing to improve usability and engagement.
I led the Career Pro Plan, working with the Product Manager to introduce new features and optimize the subscription experience, improving user adoption. I also collaborated with the marketing and growth teams, managing Firebase, Gupshup, and Trust Signal for notifications across email, WhatsApp, and push channels. By analyzing weekly retention, drop-offs, DAU/MAU, session recordings, and feature engagement, I contributed to data-driven improvements that boosted user conversions and overall product performance.
