• Helped setup Winnovate - SAP's Design Innovation Program for the Middle East for entrepreneurs, professionals and students in SAP community. Created a d-school curriculum / program and mentored Arabic speaking DT coaches. Program was launched at GITEX 2017 and continues to offer design innovation certifications for MENA market unit of SAP.

• Consulted NGOs in South Africa to craft their social interventions using Design Thinking
• Lovelife, one of South Africa's largest NGOs redesigned its offering to HIV afflicted children and women, while also using the same approach to design their own digital transformation
• Khulisa used design as tool to redesign its services converting street people into employable entrepreneurs.
• Part of SAP Top Talent Fellowship with a multi-disciplinary team of 12 leaders from 6 countries

• I lead a design advocacy program to build products for good design quality across all SAP cloud and mobile applications being built out of India. As part of this role, I coached 100+ design advocates, mentored and managed the UX of the apps, overseeing the design process from research to solution design, ensuring the voice of the user is heard all through the development process.

• Lead a global design democratization program at SAP with some passionate design folks to nurture design into the hearts of all employees across all roles in engineering, product management, quality and business functions. This program coached 3000+ engineers, managers and other experts through a bauhaus inspired foundational design program. The program was designed to initiate every new employee to care for design from day 1 of joining SAP and introduced a new hiring practice to recruit design-mindful engineers into the company. The program also offered executive leadership trainings for SAP's leadership to care and invest in design.
• I also enjoyed setting up SAP Design Talk series in India that invited design leaders from design mindful companies like Titan, HT Mint, Wordpress and Microsoft to elevate the understanding of design within the company.
• In 2018, I extended my role to democratize design also outside of SAP to SAP's customer and partner networks. I consulted and enabled SAP Partners to setting up design studios and scale design practice in their organizations.
• It took 5 years to see visible mindset shift and yet it seems not enough and not finished.
• Led a design leadership community with 17 design-mindful companies including Titan, Honeywell, 3M, Wells Fargo, Philips and Siemens to share and learn from each other’s growing design practice. Loved building design mindful communities to push for human centricity in technology.

• Helped SAP transform to the cloud with an elegant bunch of 17 mobile apps for Higher Education that was rolled out to 3500+ universities and 500,000 users worldwide, one of SAP's most comprehensive design led transformations. Orchestrated between design, product management and engineering, co-designing with 150+ users and infused a culture of design-led development practice (at scale) to SAP Labs India through this experiment.

• Led the design of the first scalable version of SAP's responsive design system for mobile and cloud - SAP Fiori
• Designed a simple and scalable landing page with a modelling studio that made 3000+ applications adopt the new design system super fast with no code
• Used by 1+ million users everyday and evolved into an award winning enterprise user experience in 2015

• Let the design transformation of a suite of HR business apps to cloud and mobile with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, designers and product managers. Learnings from this experiment helped me to put together a mobile-first cloud based design system called Fiori that later became SAP’s global design system.

• Led the simplification of user interface patterns and controls for an enterprise design system that had a million user base, filing several design patents along with product management and engineering.
• Led design research for adapting SAP business software for Indian market - conceptualised the first light-weight “offline” enterprise technology for developing countries with frequent power cuts and poor internet connection.

• Led a team of young and enthusiastic engineers to transform SAP's lifecycle management solutions in C/C++ to the java platform on SAP's NetWeaver

• Nurtured a love for well-written beautiful code with coders in India and Germany
