I’m a Design Exec, nearly two decades in the industry, still obsessed with what’s next. In my recent roles, I’ve held senior leadership positions where I’ve successfully led teams of designers to create world-class products and experiences – scaling them to millions of users. These days, I’m building CNCT Media – a design and marketing agency I co-founded. We help bold, forward-thinking brands craft impactful campaigns and digital experiences that actually move the needle. In just over a year, we’ve grown nearly 8x by focusing on storytelling, design, and strategy that cuts through the noise. Before starting CNCT, I spent years shaping some of India’s most influential digital platforms. I was a founding designer at Hotstar, where I led the product experience across mobile, web, and TV. As the platform scaled to become the first Indian app to cross 100 M downloads, I took on leadership of the Product and Graphic Design teams and played a key role in many of its major feature launches. I then joined MX Player, overseeing a talented 50-member team commanding Product, Graphic and Gaming spread across India and China. One of my proudest moments was helping steer the product’s evolution from a simple video player to a full-scale entertainment platform. Early in my career, I’ve also had the chance to work with brands like Yahoo!, Sony, and Vodafone.
