• 1) Led the team of 8 people of cross scrum team to build Data Tiers V2 which revolutionized the pricing and packaging model of the company. I was responsible for designing, conceptualizing and executing the whole project end to end.
• 2) Designed and implemented the keyword search for Security use cases.
• 3) Designed and Developed various optimisations on Parquet which included the parquet filter pushdown and inverted indexes on top of parquet which improved
• the query performance by 33%.

• 1) Led a team of 4 people to deliver multiple projects and handle KTLO in the team.
• 2) Responsible for the Reliability of the services owned by team which included stream, autoviews, lookups and View.
• 3) Designed a feature that increased the memory limit of aggregate queries from 200 MB to 5 GB (by 25x). Mentored an intern during the project and helped him deliver the project on time.
• 4) Designed and Developed Scalable Lookups that supported 10M QPS. It was designed to allow the users to correlate information with logs.

• As Software Engineer -II, I worked in Log Search Team.
• 1) Designed and Developed Subqueries, a feature which allowed having nested queries and correlating events in Sumo Query Language.
• 2) Designed and Developed Dynamic Parsing, a feature that magically parses out the field from JSON Logs in run time.
• 3) Worked on ED-NG. This was a R&D project where we did multiple POCs to bring the cost of the Continuous tier down by 1/8th. We deep dived into various storage formats and various AWS technologies and proposed a new architecture for Log Search which went on to become the future of Log Search at Sumo.
• 4) SME of component that was responsible for accepting the Sumo query, parsing it, optimizing it and generating logical plan and executing operators.
• 5) Was on call for a production system that had petabytes of scan per day.
