Envisioned and developed an LLM-based platform built for automating and executing manual web tasks using LLM agents that are highly adaptable to website UI changes and can even operate on unseen websites without pre-training for use cases such as invoice retrieval from vendor portals and vendor portal credential rotation, performed by the Finance Operations team across thousands of corporate vendors at Amazon.
• 4. Developed an OCR-based invoice processing system used for corporate vendors of Amazon, transacting $5B+ annually.

• 1. Core labour productivity and planning systems for Amazon's Distribution Centres. Worked as a Tech Lead of team of 8 SDEs.
• 2. Next generation multi tenant Batch Data Platform System (Data Lake) to handle peta byte scale of data for 150+ tables.
• 3. Next generation real time data platform capable of processing data within 100 ms latency used for 100+ use cases.
• 4. Tech for automated app based coaching for the 250K+ associates working in Amazon's Delivery stations worldwide that saves Amazon $100M+ annually.
• 5. Tech for global expansion of Amazon's IHS(I have space) program that delivers ~8M packages per year for Amazon.
• 6. Core framework to move the existing android based application to shell based MicroFrontend architecture. This framework is used to build 20+ websites which helped reduce the release cycle from monthly to daily.
• 7. Tech platform for acquisition and retention of prime customers via B2B and B2C channels worldwide that generates revenue worth multibillion-dollars for Amazon.

• Worked on building :
• 1. Generic token based authentication system that was used for AuthN, AuthZ of 3 million+ customers and 50K+ service providers with single digit millisecond latency.
• 2. Event bus used across the teams to allow 50+ microservices to communicate with each other in an event driven manner.
• 3. Inhouse CRM system for the Service provider acquisition team which allowed the company to migrate from 3rd party solutions which led to saving of over 700K INR annually along with 30% improvement in efficiency of the team in terms of time per acquisition.
• 4. OTP Service which was the first microservice within the company that laid the foundation for transition from monolithic architecture to microservices. The system was used for 5+ systems.
• 5. New version of 360° Customer Review System to meet the growing need of high scalability, low latency and faster feature development velocity.
