About

I’ve spent 15 years building event programs that do more than run smoothly - they generate pipeline, advance relationships, and leave people with a reason to come back.  Most recently as Director of Marketing at Sellers Dorsey, I owned a portfolio of 80+ conferences annually - defining objectives, designing attendee experiences, coordinating 5–15 staff members per event, and managing a nearly $1M budget. I built the post-event systems, playbooks, and KPI frameworks that made our conference program measurably sharper year over year. Before that, at NASUAD, I grew annual conference attendance by 85%+ and took sponsorship revenue from $100K to $1M+ by redesigning the entire event strategy from the ground up. I partner closely with senior leadership, revenue and marketing teams, and vendors to make sure every event brief has clear goals, every dollar is justified, and every follow-up actually happens.  My background is rooted in healthcare - Medicaid policy, health IT, and aging services - which means I understand the conferences, the audiences, and the conversations that matter most in this space. I’m currently looking for my next Director-level opportunity in events and conference strategy, ideally at a healthcare company, consulting firm, or mission-driven organization.  Let’s connect.
