I began my career at Goldman Sachs in Operations and Bridgewater Associates in Human Resources, where I first became interested in how organizations support people’s careers and leadership development. I later trained as a coach through New York University and became certified through the International Coach Federation (ICF PCC), while also completing my Technology MBA at NYU Stern and working in HR Research at Aon Hewitt. Over the past several years, I’ve coached hundreds of professionals navigating career exploration and career transitions, and founded WOKEN, a career development platform designed to help individuals clarify and pursue their ideal career path. I have also served as a career coach with organizations including Columbia University, Flatiron School/WeWork, and Project Activate, and served as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Binghamton University. Today, I work as an AI Learning Strategist & AI Agent Lead at Pinnacle, where I design and refine an AI coach that supports leaders in their day-to-day work. I’m focused on how coaching, leadership development, and AI can come together to help people make better decisions as they navigate their careers.
