• Satyam Auto Components Pvt. • As a Quality Assurance Engineer, I was responsible for ensuring that every product met defined quality standards and customer specifications. My core focus was on maintaining process stability, minimizing defects, and enhancing product reliability through data-driven decision-making and system-based quality control.
• Working closely with the Process Engineering team, I ensured that the operational models and process parameters were properly followed, validated, and continuously improved to meet IATF 16949 requirements. I played a vital role in ensuring that each operation—from raw material inspection to final assembly—was carried out efficiently, resulting in products that met both performance and aesthetic expectations of the customer.
