About

My story starts from a small village in Jharkhand. I was born in a humble family at Chaibasa village. My primary school had a tin roof on top of logs. At night, I used to study under a lantern's light. I was fortunate to get an education. It has been decades and the plight of the underprivileged has not improved much. I believe that if technology can reach them, they will get an equal opportunity to learn and uplift their life's standards. I am doing my bit with the help of my team at bobble.ai by innovating on vernacular technologies like Natural language processing and Speech recognition for regional languages. While we use these technologies to enhance the user's conversations to make it more expressive and entertaining through our flagship product Bobble Keyboard. On the other hand we license our technology to brands and organizations to help them reach a larger audience including those who are not tech-savvy and less literate. For these innovations Fortune India honored me on their 40 under 40 List of 2021 and Entrepreneur India on the Tech25 2021. If I am not working, then you can find me Biking, Traveling and exploring new places. I like having energetic conversations and exploring innovative ideas. A nomadic lifestyle fascinates me. Bobble AI started as a content creation app, with a mission to enable creativity for all the users. Users can convert their selfie into a customisable avatar. Which can be used to create stickers, GIFs, and stories.
We became viral within couple of months of our launch. Downloads skyrocketed. We noticed that it was difficult to share conversational content from an app. We experimented with multiple product ideas like floating widgets and keyboard. While we were experimenting with the keyboard we realised users face multiple issues when typing in Indian languages. None of the keyboards were solving those issues. Issues like Hinglish typing which does not have defined grammar or vocabulary. Same words may be correct for one person but wrong for another.
We took the challenge head-on and built a keyboard that people liked. We gave them smooth typing experience in Indic languages, seamless content sharing experience, funky features like cool fonts & emoji bar, accurate transliteration, location and usage-pattern-based real-time dictionary customisation. Our users love us, and it is clearly visible from the fact that we have the best rating, retention and engagement among all keyboard in the world.

Touchtalent

Touchtalent is a social network for creative people with a mission to be a single source for everything creative. We built touchtalent on cutting age technology, php and angularJS, pun intended. Well, PHP because architecture was horizontally scalable and we did not care about how much resource it will consume, faster iteration was the focus. Users’ experience was the topmost priority and primary focus, so we optimized mostly the frontend, even CSS was optimised to render faster.
We were constantly growing, had a very good retention. All we needed was more and more organic users. Then came the time of growth hacking. We reverse engineered all possible social apps and created bots for them. Our tinder bot outperformed every other bots. We used twitter’s list feature to broadcast our tweets to a very targeted audience. We came up with a reverse image search growth hack.
Touchtalent was catering to a niche community. Only 2% of the world is creative, and we wanted to make a global impact. Thus we decided to enable everyone to become creative and we pivoted to Bobble AI Technologies.
