• Revitalized the Poker Wallet Payments working across pods to introduce Bonus Cash Discounting, further working to optimize GRPC calls across three microservices effectively to produce a low-latency payments system, using Jenkins pipeline for CI/CD.
• Restructured the Poker Wallet system, shifting from a two wallet to a singular wallet system, handling Kafka events and reducing database dependency through Redis handling Payment CCU & appropriate rollovers with the core Payments Team.
• Built a novel Hand Strength Meter from scratch for MPL Poker in C++, which analyzes the strength of a Poker Hand by using a standardized scale customized as per probabilities of multiple different Poker Hand combinations.
• Bot Detection using Python working with the Fraud Team to optimize the bot detection system and reduced the time of bot detection recovery from 3 minutes to ~10 seconds
• Working on the algorithm with which MPL matches players (MPL Matchmaking) to introduce a new format in the market, including LLD & HLD design, subsequently going on to deliver 3 Key features & 30+ major fixes during the tenure.
