• 1. Sourcing, Screening & short listing appropriate candidates from various job portals like naukri.com, monster.com, timesjobs.com, company database, headhunting, references.
• 2. To provide high quality engineering manpower to our prestigious overseas clients within the stipulated timeframe as per their salary budget and other criteria's.
• 3. To take initial telephonic interviews of the screened candidates to check their ability, relevant experience, interest level and comm. skills and brief them about the client's requirement properly and salary negotiation with the shortlisted candidates.

• 5. Responsible for Monthly Recruitment Projection, Client Handling, Business Generation, meeting targets and Monthly Report.
• 6. Getting requirement from clients, understanding the clients and study their requirements thoroughly, discuss with the higher authorities, make action plan with subordinates according to the priority of positions.
• 7. Ensure follow-up to selected candidate's for Medical Check-up, documentation for visa endorsement till mobilization / deployment.
• 8.Skills wise database management.
