About

I build products that sit at the intersection of AI, commerce, and supply chain — the messy, high-stakes space where algorithmic decisions directly move revenue, margins, and customer experience. At Walmart, I led the product function for Market Intelligence — a platform that ingested competitive signals from hundreds of sources and applied ML models for product matching, seller identification, assortment gap analysis, and pricing optimization. The platform powered decisions across pricing, search, catalog quality, and inventory management, directly influencing GMV and contributing profit across geographies and channels. At Locus, I led the entire product function as VP & Head of Product, scaling an AI-first supply chain optimization platform — tackling route optimization, dispatch intelligence, and logistics automation for enterprise clients navigating complex last-mile challenges. Now at Quince, I'm building enterprise products for one of the fastest-growing e-commerce retailers in the US, focused on making premium quality radically accessible through supply chain and technology innovation. What ties it all together: I've spent my career making large, complex data systems actionable — first as an engineer (TCS, B.E. in Computer Science), then as a business builder (GoVacuum, where I grew from PM to GM running the P&L), then building a SaaS transport platform from 0→1 at Sadhan (product, team, fundraising — the full stack), and now as a product leader operating at the intersection of ML, commerce, and operations. In the age of AI, I believe the most important product skill isn't prompting a model — it's knowing which decisions should be automated, which need human judgment, and how to build systems that make that handoff seamless. That's what I do. Open to conversations about: AI product leadership, e-commerce intelligence, supply chain tech, and building 0→1 platforms at scale.

Quince

Director of Product, Merchandising & Supply Chain

Nov 2023Present · 2 yrs 6 mos · Bengaluru · Hybrid

  • Quince | Series D | Fastest-Growing M2C E-Commerce in the US
  • Joined Quince to own the product vision across the full commerce stack at one of the fastest-growing e-commerce retailers in the US — applying everything I'd built across AI, supply chain, and platform product leadership to a company rewriting the rules of retail.
  • Leading product strategy and execution across Quince's core commerce engine — Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Planning — the systems that power how Quince brings premium-quality products to customers at radically accessible prices.
  • I own the product vision across the full value chain, from how we discover and onboard new suppliers, to how we plan inventory, to how product flows through our supply chain and reaches the right customer at the right time. These aren't isolated workstreams — a sourcing decision ripples into inventory planning, which shapes supply chain execution, which determines whether a customer gets what they want, when they want it.
  • I operate as both the strategic driver and the hands-on builder:
  • Merchandising & Sourcing: Building the product and tooling layer that enables faster, smarter decisions on what to sell, who to source from, and how to expand into new categories — while maintaining the quality-to-price ratio that defines the brand.
  • Supply Chain: Owning the product roadmap from inbound logistics and warehouse operations to fulfillment and returns — optimizing for speed, cost, and reliability across a complex global network.
  • Inventory & Planning: Driving the product vision for demand planning, allocation, and replenishment — ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right quantities, minimizing stockouts and excess.
  • The challenge at Quince isn't just building systems that work today — it's designing platforms that scale with 2x, 5x, 10x growth while the business moves underneath you.

  • Led the entire product function for Locus, an AI-powered supply chain optimization platform serving enterprise logistics clients globally. Owned product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the full platform.
  • Built and led the product organization — setting direction for route optimization, dispatch automation, and last-mile logistics, domains where algorithmic precision directly reduces cost and improves delivery reliability.
  • Partnered with engineering and data science to evolve ML models powering real-time dispatch decisions for complex, multi-constraint delivery networks.
  • Drove product strategy for expanding Locus's platform capabilities into new verticals and geographies, translating customer pain points into scalable product solutions.
  • Represented the product function at the leadership table — shaping company strategy, go-to-market priorities, and the product-led growth roadmap.

Walmart

Product Leader, Market Intelligence

Jan 2019Sep 2022 · 3 yrs 8 mos · Greater Bengaluru Area

  • Walmart | Fortune 1 | AI-Driven Omni-Channel Marketplace
  • Led the product function for Walmart's Market Intelligence platform — a large-scale competitive analytics engine serving pricing, assortment, search, and inventory decisions across multiple geographies and channels.
  • Built an on-demand analytics platform from the ground up that collected competitive signals from diverse external sources, processed them through ML pipelines, and delivered actionable intelligence to merchandising, pricing, and supply chain teams.
  • Drove product development across the full data lifecycle: signal gathering → data assimilation → ML-powered contextualization → insight delivery — solving hard platform challenges including product matching, new seller identification, assortment gap analysis, channel decisioning, and potential GMV estimation.
  • Platform output directly supported organization-level KPIs (GMV, contributing profit) and vertical-level KPIs (Meat-Beat Score, HaveIT Score, Offer Quality Score) — providing the competitive intelligence layer for pricing and assortment decisions at Walmart's scale.
  • Operated at the intersection of product management, data engineering, and machine learning — working daily with data scientists, ML engineers, and business stakeholders to translate algorithmic outputs into business outcomes.

Sadhan enterprise (i) private limited

Head of Product

Feb 2017Dec 2018 · 1 yr 10 mos · Bengaluru

  • Sadhan (formerly YSG Cabs & Logistics) | 0→1 Transport Tech Startup
  • Sadhan was a transport demand aggregator providing mobility solutions across employee transport, hospitality, and events. I joined to build the company's technology foundation from the ground up — and ended up doing far more than product.
  • Built Sadhan's SaaS platform from 0→1, designing a cross-category transport platform that could serve fundamentally different verticals (corporate commutes, hospitality transfers, event logistics) on a single tech stack while maintaining distinct SLAs for each.
  • Designed and launched mobile apps for drivers and riders, plus a business intelligence platform for vendors and route operators — solving for wildly different personas with different needs, tech literacy, and incentive structures.
  • Built route optimization and driver profiling powered by ML to improve fleet efficiency and reliability.
  • Introduced IoT-based onboard diagnostics for predictive vehicle health monitoring and asset management.
  • Created rider experience and operational performance frameworks that balanced cost efficiency with service quality.
  • Beyond product, I was deeply involved in shaping the business itself — building the fundraising narrative, pushing for Series A, hiring across functions, and helping Sadhan transition from a services company to a SaaS-led growth model. This was 0→1 in every sense: product, team, business model, and funding.

General Manager (Product & Business)

Jan 2015Jan 2017 · 2 yrs

  • GoVacuum | US E-Commerce Retailer | Home & Garden Category Leader
  • GoVacuum was a US-based online retailer specializing in the Home & Garden segment
  • My formative chapter. Joined as a product manager for a growing e-commerce operation and grew into running the business over five years.
  • PM → Senior PM:** Built the product management function from scratch — catalog strategy, pricing architecture, go-to-market execution. In a small company, "product manager" quickly meant everything: writing specs, negotiating with suppliers, solving fulfillment problems, and figuring out what was on fire that week.
  • General Manager:** Took on full P&L ownership — business strategy, revenue growth, team building, and operational decisions. Learned how every function connects: how a pricing decision hits margins, how a supplier issue cascades into fulfillment, how hiring the wrong person costs you months.
  • This role gave me something most product leaders don't have: the experience of building a business from the ground up, making hard tradeoffs between product investment and business survival, and understanding that great products only matter if the business around them works. business scale beyond founder-dependency. Owned the roadmap but also the org chart.
  • The Ownership (GM, Product & Business):** Full P&L responsibility. Led fundraising pitches, managed investor relationships, set business strategy, and drove revenue growth — all while still owning product. This is where I learned that great product leadership isn't just about building the right thing; it's about building the right business around it.
  • This role gave me something most product leaders don't have: the experience of building a company from near-zero, making every hard tradeoff between product investment and business survival, and understanding how every function — finance, ops, hiring, fundraising — connects to whether a product actually succeeds in the market.
