Before joining UKG in December 2021, I served as the Vice President (Global TA Leader for Tech and Data Hiring) at Genpact Digital. In this capacity, I led global recruitment efforts for future-oriented technology roles encompassing Digital Engineering, RPA, AI, Cloud, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Analytics. Prior to my tenure at Genpact, I managed the global HR and recruitment functions for Coats Digital LLC (ThreadSol Inc), a tech B2B SaaS product startup subsequently acquired by Coats Digital in the UK. My experience also includes leadership roles in talent acquisition at TechMahindra, Impetus, Mindlance Inc, and Artech LLC.
