With over a decade of experience across sales, marketing, strategy, and real estate consulting, I’ve built my career driving growth and performance in the luxury real estate sector — both in India and internationally. I began my journey at IndiaProperty.com, where I quickly rose to become one of the top-performing sales professionals, achieving 160% of my sales target and setting new benchmarks in the India real estate market. From there, I joined DRA Projects, where I worked closely with the CEO to craft and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage P&L responsibilities, and lead revenue growth for the company’s luxury apartment portfolio. My next move took me to Hero Realty, where I was part of the corporate strategy and sales team and had the opportunity to contribute directly to board-level discussions with the company’s founders. Expanding my horizons globally, I joined EY (Ernst & Young), assisting Real Estate PE firms with valuation and consulting projects across New York, Chicago, Atlanta, and Canada, while also leading business development efforts to grow EY’s real estate advisory practice internationally. Later, I moved to London to work with a luxury real estate firm specializing in Berkeley Homes projects, gaining deep exposure to the UK’s premium property market. Currently, I’m part of 32nd Avenue as a Senior Sales Manager, where I lead sales and strategy for high-end luxury real estate projects, continuing my passion for creating value through innovation, market insight, and client relationships.
