If you look at my past experiences, it is really difficult to tell what exactly I do or specialize in. And I've learnt that that's okay. I am probably the best example of just go with the flow. I believe your career does not need to have a defined path. I studied finance, went on to work in sales and then marketing. I then had the opportunity to work in operations and then account management. I even played around with growth and strategy only to end up in People and Culture. Throughout my previous experiences, one thing was clear - I love being in a room full of people, talking and sharing ideas. I love listening to stories and I would spend hours thinking "How can we make this better?" Ever since completing my graduation, I worked on educating blue collar workers through my non profit initiative The Ojas Project. I always felt a strong sense of accomplishment when I taught how to read and write in English to a class of 30 diverse adults. This is what lead me here and I am excited to see what's on store for me. I am excited to have meaningful conversations, build strong relationships, create a lasting impact and revolutionize the ideas associated with a regular 9-5. I'm just getting started!
