Designed simpler user flows and inline help features that made complex AI journeys easier for novice AI engineers. This led to a roughly 50% reduction in the extrinsic cognitive load and task completion time.
Delivered a Covid-19 ‘Epidemic Simulator’ by working together with 2 top research institutes. Rapidly designed it in 2 weeks including research, design iterations, and high-fid prototypes. The Indian Covid-19 Task Force used the simulator to make logistics and policy decisions.
