• Designed and implemented an interactive in app guided tour for Muvi’s no code app builder tool to improve the user on-boarding experience covering the platform’s key features and functionalities, resulting in a significant reduction in support tickets for the product.

• Led User Research for a data analytics tool (Hawkeye) mapping Category Managers’ pain points and translating them into the User Personas leading to subsequent product enhancements and feature developments
• Led Market research to identify the barriers and opportunities for wider adoption of Hypersonix’s ML powered business analytics tools.
