I am a graduate engineering student from Jadavpur University from the batch of 2021. During my academic term, I developed a passion for Strategy & Consulting and I worked on a strategic research publication for IIM-Kozhikode about the current loss-making PSU India-Post, which is published in Case Center. During my undergrad, I have been actively involved in research projects in key business areas - Strategy , Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Public and Government Sector, Luxury fashion brands. In the process, I have worked on “Marketing and Online Selling Strategies of Luxury Fashion Brands(Gucci, Prada, Chanel, LV, etc) in India” from XLRIJamshedpur and another on “Digital Marketing Strategies implemented by Brands and their impact on the Purchase Decisions” from IIM-Calcutta. Also, I started up with the objective of providing Website Design, Application Development and Graphic Design & Advertising services, ran successfully 6 months with 3 clients. Recently, I have worked as an independent consultant (Market Research, Strategy) for 2 startups. Post my undergrad , I have worked at ZS for US Healthcare Clients, in the Incentive Compensation domain. I have prepared Business Requirement Documents, SOP, Brochures, Models, Deck for a Fortune 500 Client. In the process I have reduced 70% manhours, increased accuracy, efficiency by VBA. I have generated Key Insights, Strategic Decisions that helped top Stakeholders to drive sales of a top Fortune 500 client. Currently, I am working closely with MD at SSIL, assisting Ops Excellence across functions, BU to drive business worth 600Cr+. In the process, I have developed & analysed MIS Dashboards, VBA Models to present Key Business Drivers, KPIs and Identified gaps in Products, Defined Process across teams-Accounts, IT, Ops, Category Heads. I have also implemented Sales Force Excellence across industries through Incentive Schemes, Sales Forecasting, Financial Models. Outside of academia, my interests include playing and exploring new activities & sports, traveling, reading, and following up on brands. I am always interested in investing in people, building meaningful relations, and leveraging from them. I believe in building things, taking initiatives, respecting my peers; and most importantly, chasing my dreams. I look forward to new experiences, challenging myself, adding value to the organization, and always giving back to the society. I work for through my dedication and commitment.
