• I built a hands-on tech community from scratch, now 5K members strong where we ran workshops, podcast, hackathons, and speaker sessions to help over 500 learners gain new skills. I partnered with sponsors who funded our events and provided tools. Small teams turned ideas into working demos, some of which were picked up by local startups. Above all, I made sure everyone felt welcome and eager to share and learn together. During this we did our multiple flagship events like TechX (with Microsoft) and Nirman (Tech Fest) to name a few
