Hi, I'm Robin. I'm a founder and investor. I started HireSweet in 2016 and led go-to-market as CEO for 8 years. Along the way, I learned about finding product-market fit (then losing it and finding it again), founder-led sales, growing an audience and a podcast, building a go-to-market function, and working with hundreds of companies from early-stage startups to large enterprises. I also learned a ton about recruiting at a critical time when AI began reshaping the industry. In 2024, I stepped down as CEO and launched Batch Ventures, a highly specialized fund investing in the top 10% of Y Combinator companies. I invested in 66 amazing startups so far, including products used by millions, multiple repeat founders, and some of the fastest commercial traction I've ever seen. Side projects: bootstrapping SaaS & AI products, running, playing tennis, and cycling the beautiful roads of Marin County.
