Previously, Roman served as CEO of BNY Securities Services, a ~$9 billion revenue organization comprising Asset Servicing, Corporate Trust, and Depositary Receipts. As BNY’s Head of Digital, he spearheaded the firm’s enterprise-wide digital strategy, leading investments in digital assets, innovation, AI, data & analytics, and client experience. Across his career, Roman has launched and scaled growth initiatives, founded fintech ventures, and led transformational agendas across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Recognized as an industry pioneer, his honors include Global Custodian Legend and Person of the Year, Best Asset Servicing Deal of the Year, and inclusion on the Forbes Blockchain 50 list.
