Ryan Seeras — Co-Founder
I believe most people don't end up in fulfilling careers by design, they end up there by accident, if they're lucky. My work has been about changing that. Across every product I've built and every team I've led, the through-line has been the same: how do we create systems that help people find work that actually fits? Not just a job, but the right career, one that matches who they are, what they're good at, and where they want to go. That's what drew me to EdTech. At Tomorrow University, I shipped an AI learning coach that reached 80% adoption in its first month and redesigned onboarding to drive +83% activation, because the insight was the same one I keep coming back to: people don't fail because they lack ability, they fail because they never get the right guidance at the right moment. It's what drew me to skills-based hiring at TestGorilla, where I led a growth team working to replace credential gatekeeping with actual evidence of what people can do. And it's what brought me to Jobgether, where I joined as Co-Founder to help build something more ambitious than a job board: a career navigation platform that diagnoses where senior professionals are stuck, and helps them find the right path forward. My goal remains the same: to help a million people designing deeply fulfilling careers. Everything I build is working toward that.
