I am a recruiter by choice which became passion and now devotion .HR professional by heart and sales professional by mind would describe me.I have been acquiring talent strategically and executing the same for the last 20 years and boy trust me when i say i love my job.Recruitment for me is to align company needs to candidates aspirations.Well i like to call it the C2C biz. Getting the job done in the appropriate way(right way:)) in a particular time frame is what i live by. I started my career by selling credit cards @ e-serve may be that's how the sales germ got in my body.Then the calling happened. I started to sell temp jobs @ flexione(start up in 2004,now Adecco) started off as recruiter,managed key accounts,lead P&L accounts/managed branches and in my last role was manager HR for Adecco(staffing biz).Clinged on to an opportunity with IBM as Campus manager in 2007.My tyst with IBM continued for about 6 years where i mastered the art of volume hiring/ops in lateral,campus hiring,offer operations.I was part of HRIST(HR shared Services)In my last role with IBM i have managed HR ops,Audit and process re- engineering for Various HR process in IBM India and IBM US/ Canada.On-boarded redBus in 2013 where i had the opportunity to build a new Leadership team with growing the employee base by 40 percent excluding back-fills.Apart from driving recruitment efficiency by re-engineering the recruitment process i also gained exposure to the challenging e com hiring environment. Post which i moved to fintech space and was AVP HR for Bankbazaar.com. During my stint we grew 3x in terms of people and was responsible for over all hiring. from niche tech roles to volume based hiring and Leadership hiring. I was instrumental in hiring a few CXO level roles and scaled teams like content, CSR, Marketing, Technology, techno- functional, Sales/account management roles. In my last role i was heading TA for Tredence Analytics. Where i was responsible for Leadership hiring, Campus and lateral hiring for India and US region. Knowledge Cloud:Hiring for Business and Strategy leadership Roles , TA for across levels in niche Engineering & Technology, Product , Design talent.Process Excellence,Employer branding, Negotiation, Mass Recruiting,Campus Strategy for Business leadership, Product and Engineering Talent.
