I build things that last — companies, communities, and conversations that shift how we see work, wellness, and worth. As Founder of DesiCrew, I’ve spent the last 18+ years proving that world-class IT services can be delivered from rural India — while creating meaningful employment for over 1,600 people. We’ve bridged digital opportunity and local talent, showing that inclusion and excellence can thrive together. As Co-Founder of Reboot Wellness, I’ve been equally invested in another gap — mental health. Reboot is our way of making care accessible, stigma-free, and human again, by bringing together clinical expertise, community, and compassion. And through “Flip The Story”, my book and ongoing practice, I explore what it means to build from zero — not just startups, but mindsets that reimagine how India works, heals, and grows. At Paytm, I brought the same builder mindset inside a large organization — creating and testing new ideas, then handing them to the right teams to scale. It taught me how innovation can thrive within systems, not just outside them. As a zero-to-one champion, I built multiple businesses within Paytm and handed them over to the institutional department that would scale it further.
I led Paytm Health, which offered payments, patient financing, merchant financing solutions, and integrated with the Ayushmann Bharat Digital Mission network.
In 2021, I had an exciting year building Paytm Mini Apps. Building the supply and managing growth for use cases not available on Paytm led to interesting discoveries such as the CoWin Vaccine Finder, DigiLocker, and Food Delivery and Shopping as a category.
Prior to this, I led Product Marketing for the Online Payments business. My team was responsible for outreach to SMB clients and ensuring business.paytm.com was updated along with our social channels for Paytm for Business.
In 2020, I spearheaded an exciting project to bring gig economy workers to Paytm under the Paytm Service Agent (PSA) program. Over 12k agents were added in the launch phase to represent Paytm in multiple pin code in the country.
In 2019, I led a team and launched Paytm Ads for brands to advertise to the Paytm audience. This initiative grew into a significant and massive business within Paytm.

The Chennai-based DesiCrew is a digital transformation services company on par with India's Tier I tech service providers. DesiCrew is set to scale up its Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) service capabilities for its next phase of growth.
