Much of this work has involved helping organizations navigate growth and increasing complexity -strengthening leadership capability, designing effective structures, and building talent strategies that drive performance and accountability. A consistent theme has been building organizations where clarity, accountability, and autonomy are embedded into leadership practices and operating systems, supported by strong systems thinking and a foundation of trust. In scaling environments, these become critical drivers of decision-making, leadership effectiveness, and performance. I am drawn to work on challenges that sit beneath the surface - leadership misalignment, trust gaps, and the realities of building strong, sustainable culture as organizations grow.
