My inclination towards HR is primarily because I am a people's person and having people around me motivates me in over all sense. My graduation in human Psychology provided me an additional insight on various aspects of human behavior and paved the way to be passionate for recruitment. Throughout my recruitment career, I have hired 250+ candidates including star performers who have been key to build world class products that impact firm’s growth. Having said that, travelling and music are two things that make me very happy. Travelling helps me understand diversity in culture and music allows me to express my thoughts without words. I believe that work life balance is extremely essential to stay motivated hence it is important to do what you love alongside work to nurture positive mental health.
