• Whooo! Promoted again, this time took charge of hauling the complete Plivo CX project from old and archaic tech into modern and bleeding-edge tech, which I wanted to do for quite sometime. Few of my roles or achievements,
• Owned the whole migration of the project from Antd to ShadCN
• Started leading pods by working on requirements and unblocking developers
• Architected and laid the foundation for the Plivo CX v2 app single handedly
• Mentored Juniors and made sure best practises are followed
• Set up linting and enforced TDD via CI/CD and made the life of everyone easier and bug-free
• Started full stack and built features completely end to end
• The ride at Plivo is awesome, and thanks to Plivo for trusting me and helping me grow in my career. Now, I'm capable of building a full-blown enterprise app end to end. With the AI hype all around, I'm into AI too. No day goes by without the use of AI. As a company, we are delving ourselves into Agentic frameworks and solutions.

• So this is the product that I'm currently working on. Here at Plivo we treat each product as a separate micro startup which means I'm a core member and SDE of this startup called Contacto.
• I've been contributing quite a lot of things for this project. Created storybooks for two React component libraries that was written from scratch. Also, I work with Websockets, APIs and async functions.
• Took ownership for a lot of items within the project.Single handedly migrated the codebase from CRA to Vite + BunJS. I love to use cutting edge technologies. It is awesome to work in the age of AI.

• Finally moved into the Engineering Team, the journey has been smooth all along. I always wanted to work on products and Plivo has given me a chance to work on them. I work on a product that is built on ReactJS. Will be working on a native desktop app for windows using electronJS. There is a lot of modern front-end technologies used here. Redux, Saga, Ant Design, Vuera, WebSocket, React Native, etc are some of the tools and frameworks that we use. The work that I do here is exciting and brings up new challenges every day.

• Okay, so I got promoted.. Yay!! I've mastered my Frontend Skills ranging from basic HTML page creation to building a complete website and hosting and deploying it to the cloud. I've also started using modern techniques (ES6) and modern Frameworks (VueJs and ReactJs) wherever possible so that we don't end up writing thousands of jQuery code for just a small dynamic UI part. I've mentioned a few of my responsibilities on this job below

• Landed at Plivo. This is my second job as a front end developer. I will be working on integrations and creating web pages for marketing campaigns. I work closely with the senior designers here. Things that I do
• Create fully working webpages from mockups
• Write Js scripts that do the work behind
• Create animations as provided by the designer, optimizing and making them smooth
• Optimize webpages for speed (Plivo's homepage speed is now 100)
• Create responsive design for the mockup provided
• Fully customised website with heavy CSS and reactive components
