• The project was one of its first kind in India and included 3D Modeling of Dome Enclosure for the 3.6m Devasthal Optical Telescope (Asia’s largest telescope) using NX Unigraphics and analysing it using ANSYS CFX.
• As a result, I was able to:
• Quantify and simulate dome seeing and local atmospheric disturbances effect on the enclosure.
• Utilized the results to provide valuable design suggestions to decrease the dome effect for better telescopic imaging.

• Internship goal was to design and develop a feasible Linear Fresnel Mirror Concentrator with solar-tracking for a desalination plant.
• Being part of the LFR (Linear Fresnel Reflector) team, my contributions included:
• Designing and optimizing LFR and its tracking mechanism using Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Managed to slash down 65% of the unit's weight by using optimization techniques.

The project was based on 'Installation of 1 Lakh TPA TMT Bar Mill' wherein I researched and drafted the plant layout, machinery requirement and processes involved in the manufacturing of Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) steel bars.

• Underwent an eight week Summer Training at the GAIL Training Institute in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• The project was based upon the integrals of the Rolls Royce RB211 Gas Turbine at the GAIL Chhainsa Compressor Station in Haryana wherein I got the firsthand experience to look at functioning and structural specifics of the turbine.
