After that, I built the HR team in India from the ground up and helped grow the engineering team from 110 to 320 people, including through campus hiring. We are now working towards reaching 500 employees in India. I planned and handled campus hiring and employer branding from scratch and hired 220 students from top engineering colleges like IITs, NITs, and BITs. I also created recruitment policies and processes, including a recruitment playbook, referral policy, and implemented a recruitment ATS after testing it. Apart from regular hiring, I’ve also worked on campus recruitment, employer branding, and organizing events, hackathons, and guest lectures at top tech institutes like IITs, NITs, BITS, and IIMs.
