I am a seasoned Technical Recruiter with over 10 years of expertise in sourcing and hiring exceptional talent across the globe. My journey spans building and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Technology R&D Centers, driving startup hiring from scratch, and crafting strategies for campus-to-leadership-level recruitment. I have successfully led large-scale hiring initiatives across APAC, EMEA, the Middle East, and India, delivering top-tier talent aligned with organizational goals. I started my career in 2016 with GT Nexus, which later became part of Infor Global. Back then, our Bangalore R&D team had only 60 people. I got the opportunity to help grow that number to 240, and I stayed with the company for over 5 years. After that, I joined Blume Global, a fast-growing supply chain startup, as their 20th employee. I was responsible for setting up the hiring process, introducing tools like Greenhouse, negotiating contracts with job portals, and building a strong hiring team. Over 3 years, we scaled to 400 employees, and in 2023, the company was acquired by WiseTech Global. In 2024, I joined Mitsogo Inc. as a Senior Talent Advisor and managed an 8-member recruitment team for India and EMEA. A few months later, the company was rebranded as Avathon. After that, I built the HR team in India from the ground up and helped grow the engineering team from 110 to 320 people, including through campus hiring. We are now working towards reaching 500 employees in India. I planned and handled campus hiring and employer branding from scratch and hired 220 students from top engineering colleges like IITs, NITs, and BITs. I also created recruitment policies and processes, including a recruitment playbook, referral policy, and implemented a recruitment ATS after testing it. Apart from regular hiring, I’ve also worked on campus recruitment, employer branding, and organizing events, hackathons, and guest lectures at top tech institutes like IITs, NITs, BITS, and IIMs.
